Job Summary

The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day factory operations related to interior fit-out production and ensuring timely completion of assigned work. The role will involve monitoring manpower, materials, production activities, and work quality while coordinating with the factory, procurement, project, and site teams. The candidate should have knowledge of ERP software, interior fit-out materials, and material rate analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production and factory activities related to interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and production teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor material availability, consumption, wastage, and stock requirements.
- Maintain production and material records through ERP software.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams for material requirements and availability.
- Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct basic material rate analysis and compare material costs and consumption.
- Track production progress and provide regular updates to the Factory Manager.
- Monitor manpower allocation and productivity within the factory.
- Identify production delays, material shortages, and operational issues and report them to management.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials.
- Coordinate with Project and Site teams regarding production and dispatch requirements.
- Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and other required documentation.




- Ensure compliance with factory safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support inventory verification and stock reconciliation when required.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Production, or a related field.
- ITI qualification with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in factory supervision, production, or interior fit-out.
- Experience in interior fit-out manufacturing / factory operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP software.
- Knowledge of material rate analysis, material consumption, and cost comparison.
- Experience handling manpower, materials, and production activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
