Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Dehradun
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant Customer Support experience
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Shifts: Rotational

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support is mandatory
- Freshers are not eligible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Willing to work from office

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain qualified communication with customers
