Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
- Identify new customers and develop business relationships with corporate, institutional, government, and commercial clients.
- Promote and sell laptops, computers, networking products, printers, accessories, and IT solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer references, cold calling, and market research.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for pending and overdue payments.
- Visit customers for payment collection when required and coordinate with the Accounts Department.
- Maintain proper records of outstanding payments and provide regular collection updates.
- Identify and follow up on relevant opportunities through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders, documentation, orders, and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit, sales, lead, and payment collection reports.
- Escalate important customer issues,



delayed payments, and business opportunities to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Computer Hardware, Electronics, Networking Products, and IT Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM/reporting tools.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Experience in Computer Hardware, Electronics, Networking, or IT Products is preferred.
- Practical experience with GeM Portal will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling corporate, institutional, government, or B2B customers is preferred.
- Experience in payment follow-up and collection will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
