Responsibilities

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our energetic and self-organized team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agile environments and a strong ability to facilitate collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery within Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and ensure Scrum principles and practices are applied effectively.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a productive working environment.
- Coach the team and stakeholders in agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers,



and other stakeholders to support efficient delivery.
- Promote transparency, communication, and self-organization within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience working as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and team facilitation.
- Ability to identify and remove blockers and support the team in improving delivery processes.
- Strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and self-organized teams.
- Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience in working with distributed or international teams is a plus.
