About the Role:

We are looking for a transparent-communicating, organized Service & Dispatch Executive to join our growing nutraceutical manufacturing team. You will bridge customer support and logistics, ensuring orders ship smoothly and clients receive top-tier after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily order dispatch and track shipments with logistics partners.
- Make outbound calls to clients for after-sales follow-ups, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product status and delivery.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and customer communication records.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ year of experience in a BPO, KPO, or phone-based customer support role (or strong willingness to make outbound client calls).
- Ability to commute reliably to our facility near Bhauwala / Ramsawala.
- basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel for order tracking.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
