- Product and Mould Design & Development:
- Design injection/blow product/moulds, and other precision tooling using CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
- Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Execution:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate mould designs.
- Participate in prototype testing and modifications based on test results.
- Material & Process Selection:
- Select appropriate materials for mould construction based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and client specifications.




- Conduct design reviews and implement necessary improvements.
- Work in accordance with ISO and other quality management standards.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and sales.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, revisions, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support during the mould manufacturing process and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- SolidWorks: 2 years (Preferred)
- plastic product design: 2 years (Preferred)
