We are looking for a Testing Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Battery Testing.

Designation: TESTING ENGINEER – BATTERY

Base Location: Pune – Ranjangaon MIDC

Industry: Electrical & Electronic Testing, Inspection & Certification Services

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Job Summary:

The candidate should have a positive understanding of various Battery Testing Standards and hands-on experience in conducting, monitoring, and reporting battery performance and safety tests.

Key Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in battery testing or a related testing laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with standards like IS, IEC, UL, UN 38.3, and BIS certification processes
- Experience in electrical, environmental, performance, and safety testing of batteries/cells.
- Ability to prepare test plans,



maintain test records, and generate test reports.

- In-depth knowledge of battery testing across technologies – Lithium-ion, Lead-acid, Ni-Cadmium
- Understanding of global battery regulations, standards, and product certification methods (advantageous)

- Familiarity with testing equipment, data acquisition systems, and laboratory safety practices.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017

Preferred Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification industry preferable
