Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our e-commerce company in Jagatpura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, business development experience, and the ability to generate leads and convert potential clients into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.





- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer records.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B Sales.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Experience in the E-commerce industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary

₹17,000 – ₹22,000/month

Final salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
