Floor Manager – Roles

1. Manage the showroom’s daily floor operations effectively.

2. Ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.

3. Guide and monitor the sales team to improve overall performance.

4. Lead the team towards achieving daily sales targets.

5. Maintain discipline and professional standards on the showroom floor.

6. Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards.

7. Handle customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions.

8. Provide daily reports, updates, and important operational information to Management.

Floor Manager – Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily showroom floor operations and ensure floor readiness.

* Allocate staff to sections/counters based on customer flow and business needs.

* Communicate daily sales targets and responsibilities to the sales team.

* Monitor customer approach, assistance, service quality and overall customer experience.

* Drive sales through Cross-Selling, Up-Selling and effective customer handling.

* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets.

* Identify low performers and provide coaching, guidance and on-the-job training.





* Ensure proper product display, folding, hanging, presentation and visual merchandising.

* Coordinate with Stock/Store team for product availability, replenishment and current arrivals.

* Monitor fast-moving/slow-moving products and report stock issues.

* Maintain employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline and floor presence.

* Conduct daily team briefing covering targets, offers, new arrivals and priorities.

* Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

* Coordinate effectively with Sales, Stock, Billing, Housekeeping and other departments.

* Prepare daily sales and performance reports with key issues and action points.

* Maintain 100% floor discipline, display standards and service standards.

* Support the Store Manager in achieving showroom sales and operational goals.

* Take immediate action on floor-level issues and escalate major issues to Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
