KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR)

1.Customer dispatches & Transportation management

A)As per customer daily plan supply plan to be prepared & Ensure deliveries to customer as per Window time.

B)Manage the transportation and route optimization with the allocated vehicles.

C)Track and Coordinate with the transportation supervisor for on time deliveries to the customer.

E)Spontaneous corrective measures to be taken during the customer critical to avoid any potential customer line losses.

2.FG Warehouse & Inventory Management (Coordination with internal production team & QC team for ensuring daily customer demands and maintaining inventory norms).

A)Maintain the FG Inventory level accuracy as per Stock Norms

B)FIFO to be followed and maintain the 3C&5S All times.

C)Ensure the FG Material flow from MFG To FG Area as per the defined process flow.

D)SAP Stock accuracy 100% always with physical records.

3.Team Management

A)Allocate manpower for the daily activities and to be monitored their works.

B)Coordinate with CFT teams to feed the Packaging materials on time without any internal line stoppages.

C)Coordinate with PPC team and CS team to get feed the shortage parts feedback to support customer on time.

D)Need to train to operators as per the FG-OS.





E)Motivate and give the constructive feedback to the team members.

4.Documentation

A)Ensure the customer documentation (Invoices / ASN/ E-Waybill / ASN Label etc)

B)Documents to be filed and recorded for the Internal & external audit compliances.

C)Customer returnable documents to handover finance on time and recorded accordingly as per the OS.

D)Everyday ensure the Customer Debits & GR activities and GRN’s to be shared to the Finance team.

E)Green pass Vs SAP receiving qtys to be monitored and CFT communication to be shared.

F)After receiving the Current Part nos to be followed with SALES TEAM for SA & SO Creation.

G)Consumables stocks to be maintained and reconciliation to be done accordingly as per the weekly frequency and report to be circulated to the Management.
