We are hiring for Machine Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities :

- Build relationships: Maintain profitable connections with key clients and address individual needs.
- Map customer journeys: Design explicit paths for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Set goals: Align sales, marketing, and support targets with measurable performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor metrics: Track engagement rates, retention, churn, and win rates.

Data and Campaign Operations

- Manage databases: Keep client contact details accurate, updated,



and free of duplicates.
- Segment audiences: Group customers by behavior or demographics for targeted outreach.
- Execute campaigns: Run email, SMS, or loyalty programs to drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze behavior: Use platform data to spot trends and forecast future sales or needs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
