**ROLE OVERVIEW:**

The SCM Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement and supplier management activities for solar manufacturing and project equipment, materials, and services. The role drives strategic sourcing, techno-commercial evaluations, contract management, vendor development, cost optimization, and supply risk mitigation to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement aligned with project and organizational objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Techno-Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Sourcing of Fire Detection system, FMCS, Life safety system, CCTV, PA, Access control, Fire Fighting system, and other MEP Packages
- Execute strategic procurement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and guidelines
- Purchase Requisition (PR)



Review
- Manage sourcing activities for Capex, MEP Projects, and services
- Contract Management & Order Placement
- Post-Order Management
- Supplier Management & Vendor Development
- Supplier Performance Management
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Risk Management

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline
- 9 to 10 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or Buyer functions
- Experience in Power Plant, Energy, Manufacturing, Steel, Cement, or Heavy Engineering industries preferred
