We are inviting applications from students or freshers for a 3-Month Remote HR Internship with Cputek.

This is a hands-on, project-oriented internship where selected students will work with our HR and business teams and gain practical experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR coordination and training-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting initial candidate communication and follow-ups
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Preparing and maintaining recruitment databases
- Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting HR training programmes and webinars
- Coordinating with trainers, speakers and participants for HR programmes
- Assisting in organising workshops, webinars and career development initiatives
- Conducting HR and industry research
- Preparing HR reports, presentations and documentation
- Supporting HR policy, process and documentation activities
- Using AI tools for recruitment, HR research, documentation and productivity

The internship will give students exposure to the practical HR cycle:

Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Selection → Onboarding → Employee Engagement → Training → HR Reporting

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,901.48 per month
