- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and financial statements
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets and reports for accuracy
- Maintain both digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Support quarterly and annual audits
- Handle research, filing, data entry, and support accurate financial documentation
- Learn and support financial software tools and company systems
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data
