Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Gurgaon

Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, effective working capital and cash-flow management, banking and trade finance operations, financial reporting, and audit readiness while providing timely financial information to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance, Accounting & Payroll: Review accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, assets, loans, interest, TDS and retention; ensure correct ledger/cost-centre classification, bank reconciliations, PI and dispatch documentation, monthly closing, salary booking, incentives/deductions, payroll records and Form 16.
- GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance: Take ownership of GST and TDS compliance, including review and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and TDS returns; verify deductions and deposits, monitor regulatory changes, and maintain complete compliance documentation.
- Working Capital & Receivables: Prepare and analyse debtor ageing and outstanding reports, follow up on overdue/high-value receivables with the Sales Team, monitor customer advances and retention, review creditors/payment commitments, forecast collections, and highlight working-capital gaps to management.
- Treasury, Banking & Trade Finance: Monitor weekly cash/bank positions and support cash-flow planning; manage FDs,
banking transactions and bank coordination; handle LC documentation, acceptance, lodgement and negotiation/discounting; monitor BG issuance, reconciliation, expiry, renewal and closure.
- MIS & Management Reporting: Prepare analytical MIS covering debtor ageing, collection status, creditors and payment dues, monthly income and expense analysis, cash-flow position and other key financial indicators to support management decision-making.
- Audit, Tax & Corporate Compliance: Conduct periodic internal reviews, ensure accurate classification of accounts, prepare audit schedules and reconciliations, identify control weaknesses/financial risks, support statutory audits, prepare/file Income Tax Returns, and coordinate ROC and corporate compliance including share capital and directorship-related matters.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter or equivalent finance qualification.
Experience: Preferably 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Key Skills: Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, accounting & reconciliation, MIS, cash-flow management, banking, LC/BG documentation, audit and statutory compliance.
Competencies: Strong numerical and analytical ability, accuracy, ownership, deadline orientation, attention to detail, coordination skills and financial control mindset.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
