Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to club members and guests while ensuring excellent service, responsible beverage service, cleanliness, and compliance with club standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
- Welcome members and guests and provide friendly, professional, and efficient bar service.
- Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of the club’s beverage menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.
- Prepare the bar before service, including stocking beverages, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the Bar Manager of shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and minimize wastage.
- Operate the POS/billing system accurately and ensure all orders are properly billed.
- Handle cash/card transactions responsibly and maintain proper billing records.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.
- Follow all club policies related to responsible alcohol service and refuse service when required by law or company policy.
- Monitor guest requirements and coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth dining and bar experience.
- Handle member and guest queries professionally and escalate complaints to the Bar Manager/F&B; Manager when required.
- Assist in conducting stock counts and maintain proper records of beverage consumption, breakage, and wastage.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the bar are followed.
- Support beverage promotions, special events, parties, and club functions.
- Maintain qualified grooming, personal hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
- Follow all health, safety, fire, and food safety standards applicable to the bar operation.
- Maintain confidentiality of club and member information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Bar Manager, F&B; Manager, or Club Management.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
