Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and improving brand visibility through organic social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Plan and execute organic social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions, and hashtag strategies.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO).




- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (basic knowledge), and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI tools for content creation.
- Solid understanding of hashtags, reels, engagement strategies, and content planning.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working with digital marketing or branding campaigns is a plus.
