About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who understands social media, not just design.

You’ll be working across multiple brands and creators, designing content that needs to look good, communicate fast, and perform on social media.

This is an agency role, so you should be comfortable working across different industries, visual styles, brand guidelines, and fast-moving content calendars.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design high-quality Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and campaign creatives
- Create graphics for LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other social platforms
- Develop strong visual identities and design systems for different clients
- Turn rough ideas, scripts and content concepts into engaging social media creatives
- Work closely with social media managers, content strategists and video editors
- Design around current social media trends while maintaining brand consistency
- Handle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
- Take ownership of creatives from concept to final output
- Improve existing designs instead of simply following references
- Occasionally work on presentations, campaign assets,



thumbnails and other digital creatives

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in social media design
- Previous experience working at a digital/social media agency, creator company or fast-paced content team is strongly preferred
- Someone who genuinely understands what works visually on Instagram and other social platforms
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and branding
- Ability to design both minimal premium content and high-attention social creatives
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Figma knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making quick iterations
- Robust attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects independently

Important

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use design software.

We need someone who understands social media culture, internet design, attention, branding and what makes someone stop scrolling.

If your portfolio mainly consists of traditional print, basic corporate creatives or college projects, this role may not be the right fit.

Portfolio is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
