Job Summary

Monotech Engineers is looking for an experienced CRM Executive / Manager to manage B2B customer relationships, follow-ups, CRM data, complaints and coordination with Sales, Service and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and support.
- Maintain CRM data, leads, enquiries and customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Service and Dispatch teams.
- Track quotations, orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
- Prepare CRM reports and monitor customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of CRM/customer handling experience.
- Mandatory experience in a machine manufacturing company.
- B2B/industrial customer handling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
