- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing compensation modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management related to compensation systems.
