What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the TA team to consistently hit hiring targets.
- Bulk Hiring: Plan and execute mass recruitment drives for US Healthcare processes.
- Track & Deliver: Manage the end-to-end funnel, track recruitment metrics/TAT, and deliver quality joinings.
- Partner with Leadership:



Coordinate with business heads to map manpower needs and maintain clear MIS reports.

What We’re Looking For
✔ 5–7 Years of TA experience with mandatory US Healthcare / Medical Billing domain expertise.
✔ Proven track record in leading teams & executing volume hiring.
✔ Strong communication, sourcing strategy, and team-management skills.
