Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, dining area, bar area, washrooms, kitchen support areas, staff areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Perform regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitising, and deep cleaning.
- Ensure guest areas, tables, chairs, floors, windows, doors, and other surfaces are clean and presentable.
- Maintain washrooms to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Refill and maintain required washroom and housekeeping supplies.
- Collect and dispose of garbage properly as per restaurant procedures.
- Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inform the supervisor/manager when stocks are low.
- Handle cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment safely.
- Report any damage, leakage, maintenance issue, breakage, or safety concern immediately to the concerned manager.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness during busy hours, events, and special occasions.
- Follow daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules.
- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
- Support other departments when required to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience as a Housekeeper, Cleaner, Housekeeping Attendant,



or similar role.
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, club, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
- Solid attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
