About the role :

As a CoE team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver mission-critical projects aligned with our strategic vision. Your role will encompass project management, strategy formulation, and process optimization to ensure seamless execution and transformative results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive data analytics & insights - write SQL to pull what you need, analyse it, and turn it into transparent, actionable insights the team puts to use.

- Support and Design digital campaigns, come up with new ideas and initiatives to get uplift in engagement and collection numbers

- Work across departments - partner with Tech, Risk, and Ops to take initiatives from idea to live, and help resolve cross-functional open items that touch multiple teams.

- Use AI tools as a force-multiplier - we expect you to lean on AI to move faster on analysis, drafting, and prototyping; curiosity here is a real plus.

- Build product & automation - improve the tools, workflows, and campaigns our various teams uses; automate manual, repetitive processes so the team can focus on higher-value work.

- Operate independently - scope your own problems, run them down, and grow the charter as you prove you can be trusted with more.

- Monitor and report on project progress,



identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting project achievements and key insights.

- Collaborate with the Founder's Office and key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

What we're looking for :

Must-haves :

- Recent graduate from a strong college, or recent MBA / PGDM graduate.

- Genuine analytical horsepower - you reason from first principles and are comfortable with numbers.

- SQL (joins, filters, aggregations - or can demonstrably learn fast) and strong Excel / Sheets proficiency.

- Clear written communication - you can compress a messy problem into a crisp, decision-ready note.

- High ownership and bias to action - you'd rather ship and measure than wait for perfect information.

Nice-to-haves :

- Exposure to lending / fintech / collections, or a strong interest in it.

- Comfort with AI tools for analysis and automation.

- Any evidence of having driven a real outcome independently (a project, a business, a measurable result).
