Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using Creo, Windchill
- Prepare engineering specifications, BOM, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM)



and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure product quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage engineering changes and maintain revision-controlled documentation.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3-9 years of experience in mechanical design, product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo and Windchill.
- Robust understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of DFMEA and problem-solving methodologies.
