We are looking for an experienced and technically solid Senior Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities for our private construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members.
- Review construction drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Check measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
- Monitor material quality and ensure materials are used as per project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper execution of work within the approved timeline and budget.
- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.




- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the construction site.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and construction activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Experience in private/residential/commercial construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Positive knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, and building construction works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction-related software.
- Strong site management and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling complete site execution independently.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of quantity checking and site measurements.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in private construction projects in Surat will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
