About the Role

Grotitude is hiring enthusiastic and motivated graduates for our Business Development Executive (Trainee) program.

This 6-month training program offers practical exposure to international business development, lead generation, client communication, and CRM management. Candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and an opportunity to build a long-term career with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.

Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Understand client requirements and introduce suitable solutions.

Schedule meetings for the senior Business Development team.

Maintain and update accurate prospect information in the CRM.

Follow up with prospects and build professional relationships.

Meet assigned activity and performance targets.

Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong willingness to learn and grow in business development.

Comfortable working in the US business shift.

Compensation & Training

Training Period: 6 Months

Training Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Post-Training CTC: ₹2.4 LPA

Conditional Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

A Conditional Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) will be issued before joining the training program.

Confirmation as a permanent employee will be subject to successful completion of the six-month training period, achievement of performance expectations, attendance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
