Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer vehicle service requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service schedules.

- Manage insurance-related processes and accident vehicle claims.

- Prepare repair estimates and explain service recommendations to customers.

- Coordinate with workshop and technical teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

- Maintain service records and customer documentation.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and service completion.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of automobile service operations.

- Experience in insurance claim processing and accidental vehicle management.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and workshop teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
