About NILA

NILA is a fine dining restaurant in Ulsoor, Bengaluru, built around thoughtful food, warm hospitality and a refined dining experience. We are looking for a Waiter/Head Waiter who is passionate about service, attentive to detail and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Role Overview

As a Waiter at NILA, you will be responsible for delivering professional, attentive and personalised table service. You will work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service while maintaining NILA's standards of hospitality, presentation and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional table service throughout their dining experience.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens and dietary requirements.
- Explain dishes confidently and accurately, answering guest questions and making appropriate recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain high standards of table presentation,



cleanliness and service throughout the meal.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant's food, beverage and wine offerings.
- Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing, resetting and closing duties.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in food, beverage and hospitality.
- Positive knowledge of dining etiquette and service standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
