Job Overview

Pioneer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Operations with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across technical, sales, and corporate functions while also handling core HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding requirements to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role fit and organisational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers for timely closures.
- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joining conversions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
- Develop sourcing strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.




- Support payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR policies, and other HR processes.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring and candidate sourcing.
- Experience in hiring for IT/Technology, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Sales, or specialised roles will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
