Job Summary

LF INDITECH is looking for a Senior CAD Technician to join our growing team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and editing professional Land Survey CAD drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

This position is ideal for a technically skilled CAD professional who has good attention to detail, understands survey drafting, and can work independently while maintaining drawing accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and edit Land Survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Draft boundary, topographic and other survey-related drawings as required.
- Process and organize survey data, points, linework, labels, surfaces and related CAD information.
- Prepare drawings according to project requirements, client standards and drafting guidelines.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
- Understand and interpret field sketches, survey data, deeds, plats and other project documents.
- Make revisions based on client comments and internal QC requirements.
- Maintain proper CAD standards, layers, blocks, annotation, sheet setup and drawing organization.
- Coordinate with the drafting/QC team to complete projects within deadlines.
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CAD drafting, preferably Land Survey drafting.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Understanding of basic Land Surveying and CAD drafting principles.
- Ability to read and understand survey drawings, plats, deeds and field information.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify drafting errors and make corrections independently.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site office environment in Pune.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with U.S., U.K., AUS Land Survey drafting is an advantage.
- Experience working with survey points, surfaces, boundaries and easements.
- Familiarity with commercial survey drawings is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients or survey firms is preferred.
