We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Latur. The candidate will be responsible for conducting health camps, collecting blood samples, performing Uric Acid and Random Blood Sugar (RBS) tests using a company-provided diagnostic device, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assigned health camps/clinic visits as per the daily schedule.
- Perform blood sample collection using proper phlebotomy techniques.
- Perform Uric Acid and RBS (Random Blood Sugar) tests using the company-provided device.
- Learn and correctly operate the diagnostic device provided by the company.
- Ensure proper patient identification and accurate recording of test results.
- Maintain proper hygiene, infection-control, and safety standards.
- Handle the diagnostic device,



phlebotomy equipment, and consumables responsibly.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of samples and consumables.
- Maintain accurate daily patient, test, camp, and activity records.
- Report any device malfunction, consumable shortage, or operational issue to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the assigned ABM/TBM and operations team.
- Report to the assigned camp location on time.
- Maintain skilled appearance and courteous behaviour while interacting with patients.
- Follow company SOPs and reporting procedures

Pay: ₹18,173.53 - ₹20,048.85 per month
