We are looking for a Senior HR Manager who can take ownership of our Performance Management System (PMS) and build a high-performance culture across the organization.

- implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management System
- Develop and align KRAs, KPIs, goals, and performance metrics across departments - Establish structured goal
- setting, performance reviews, appraisal, and feedback cycles
- Work closely with HODs and managers to ensure effective performance evaluation
- Identify performance gaps and drive Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Build systems for continuous feedback, coaching, employee development, and accountability
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to management
- Connect performance outcomes with increments, promotions, incentives, development, and career progression
- Ensure PMS is fair, transparent, measurable, and aligned with business objectives

People & HR Responsibilities

- Lead overall people management and employee relations
- Drive employee engagement, retention, culture, and development initiatives
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee lifecycle processes
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and processes




- Manage grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
- Partner with leadership and HODs on people and organizational decisions

Statutory & HR Operations

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Oversee PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, payroll coordination, registers, and returns
- Maintain proper employee documentation, HR records, and MISCoordinate statutory audits, inspections, and compliance requirements

We’re Looking For -

- 10-12 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in PMS / Performance Management
- Proven experience designing or managing KRA/KPI and appraisal frameworks
- Solid understanding of performance evaluation and employee development
- Good knowledge of Indian labour and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and stakeholder
- management skills
- Ability to work closely with leadership and department heads
- Experience in media, entertainment, creative, technology, or fast-paced organizations is an advantage

Pay: ₹50,645.94 - ₹60,628.65 per month
