We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Cum Receptionist – Lead Generation & Website Sales to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers through Google Maps, Google Search and online platforms, contacting them through outbound calls, understanding their requirements and generating qualified leads for website development, website redesign/reconstruction, lead-generation websites and Industry 4.0 / IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify potential business customers using Google Maps and Google Search.
- Find businesses that do not have a website or have outdated, non-responsive or poorly designed websites.
- Research businesses across different industries and identify potential website and technology requirements.
- Make outbound calls to business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Introduce the company's website development, redesign and technology solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule meetings, demos and discussions with interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information.
- Coordinate with the development and sales team for customer requirements and proposals.
- Work toward daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic reception/front-office support.




- Welcome office visitors and coordinate incoming enquiries professionally.
- Maintain daily call, follow-up and lead-generation reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to business customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Google Search and Google Maps.
- Good Hindi and Marathi communication; basic/positive English communication preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Interest in technology, websites, digital marketing or B2B sales.
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication and confidence.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, IT sales or lead generation will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with researching businesses, making calls, speaking with business owners, generating leads, following up with prospects and helping convert leads into customers.

This is a sales and lead-generation-oriented role, with reception and office coordination as additional responsibilities.

Pay: ₹8,642.27 - ₹31,256.23 per month
