Job Overview:

Purely looking for candidates with on-field job responsibilities. The Operation Executive’s responsibilities include leading, supervising, and managing all kinds of on-ground promotion and marketing activities as well as events, along with coordination with internal teams, vendors, and partners across Pan India. The role requires extensive field travel, strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in agile environments while maintaining high standards of execution, compliance, and client satisfaction. The individual is expected to ensure flawless campaign delivery and provide timely updates to the Operations team throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

On-Ground Execution





- Set up and supervise promotional and marketing activities as per the Operations Procedure of the activity, across Pan India.
- Provide support for logistics and activation setup.
- Handle manpower deployment and supervision on site.
- Manage on-ground execution and monitor resource utilization.
- Cope with on-field situations and resolve operational issues in real time.

Reporting & Reconciliation

- Ensure proper photo and video execution reporting.
- Complete post-event material reconciliation.
- Submit field reports in a timely manner and report to the Line Manager.

Work Commitment

- Be open to odd working hours and weekends depending on activities and projects present.

Specifications:

- Must be presentable and communicate freely and proficiently in Hindi & local languages. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable being on field/outdoors and travelling within and out of base location, for a specified time.
- Having a two-wheeler or a two-wheeler driving license preferable.
- Education Level: 12th / Graduate

Job Experience:

- Minimum 1–2 years (on-ground activation in Agency / Events / BTL / on-field supervising role).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
