Job Profile:

Senior Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling documents and records of an medical professionals Dataflow process. They ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards.

- Track document revisions and updates
- Maintain document history and audit trails
- Ensure only the latest approved versions are in use
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and format
- Ensure compliance with DATAFLOW standards and regulations
- Coordinate with departments and GCC ministries to correct errors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Implement document security policies
- Prepare document control reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor document workflow efficiency
- Supervise junior document controllers




- Train staff on document control procedures
- Improve document management systems

Requirement:

- Require 1-2 years in same field of Dataflow procedure
- Should be Graduate
- Knowledge of document management systems (DMS)
- Proficiency in MS Office and databases
- Understanding of compliance and quality standards of Dataflow
- Continuous research on new updates in Dataflow & Country process
- Leadership and communication skills

English & Hindi language fluency

Package: 20,000-25,000 INR

Incentives - Percentage on Total Sales of each month

Exp: 1-2 years in same field of Dataflow procedure

Candidates in Calicut area is preferred
