CAMERAMAN / VIDEOGRAPHER – REELS & PODCAST

We are looking for a Cameraman / Videographer to shoot high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and other social media content.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for framing, lighting, camera movement, and storytelling, along with basic video editing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot Instagram Reels, short-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment.
- Handle camera framing, composition, focus, exposure, and camera movements.
- Set up proper lighting and audio for podcast and video shoots.
- Coordinate with the content and social media teams during shoots.
- Ensure good video and audio quality during every shoot.
- Organize and manage raw footage properly.
- Assist the editing team by providing well-organized footage and references.
- Participate in outdoor and indoor shoots based on client or agency requirements.
- Keep up with current Reels, YouTube, and social media video trends.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Understanding of framing, composition, and camera angles.




- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.
- Ability to shoot engaging short-form content.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube content.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in videography/camera handling.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio or relevant practical experience can also apply.

Qualification

- Any degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Media, Film Making, Photography, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong practical skills and portfolio will be given importance.

Preferred

- Experience shooting Reels and podcasts.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Knowledge of basic audio recording and lighting.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.
