Job Description – Architect | Office Interior Design

Position: Architect
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office/corporate interior architecture

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate office interior design. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for corporate office projects.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Coordinate with interior designers, MEP consultants, structural consultants, vendors and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable standards and project requirements.
- Review shop drawings and provide necessary design clarifications.
- Assist in material selection, finishes and detailing.




- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the execution team to resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of corporate office interior design and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.
- Knowledge of working drawings, detailing and construction documentation.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and interior execution.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good design sense with attention to detail.

Eligibility

- B.Arch qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office/corporate interior architecture.
- Candidates with experience in architectural firms and corporate interior design companies will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle drawings, design coordination and site requirements will be preferred.
