Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate end-to-end MEP works for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in MEP execution, BOQ preparation and checking, estimation, contractor/vendor coordination, material planning, site supervision, testing & commissioning, and project coordination.

Candidates currently working as MEP Engineers, Senior MEP Engineers, MEP Managers, or Assistant MEP Managers with relevant high-rise project experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities MEP Planning & Execution

- Plan, supervise, and execute complete MEP works for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate and monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, and other MEP services.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate MEP services with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Finishing teams.
- Ensure proper sequencing and timely execution of MEP works as per project schedules.

BOQ, Estimation & Cost Control

- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Check contractor bills and measurements against executed quantities and approved BOQs.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, material planning, and procurement requirements.
- Identify quantity variations and support in preparing variation statements.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Supervise day-to-day MEP execution at site and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.




- Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP installations.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Identify technical issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, specifications, and statutory requirements.

Contractor & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contractor manpower, productivity, work quality, and progress.
- Review technical submittals, material samples, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of MEP materials at site.

Coordination & Project Management

- Conduct regular coordination with consultants, architects, project managers, and other departments.
- Participate in MEP coordination meetings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain MEP-related documentation, inspection reports, progress reports, drawings, and records.
- Coordinate for testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and final handover.

Key Technical Areas

The candidate should have good working knowledge of:

- Electrical systems and installations
- HT/LT systems, transformers, DG, panels and power distribution
- Lighting and small power systems
- HVAC systems and coordination
- Plumbing and drainage systems
- Firefighting and fire alarm systems
- ELV systems
- Pump rooms and MEP plant rooms
- Shaft and service coordination




- MEP services coordination in high-rise buildings
- Testing & commissioning
- MEP BOQ and quantity estimation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant MEP discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in MEP works, preferably in real estate/construction projects.
- Candidates with experience as MEP Engineer, Senior MEP Engineer, MEP Manager, or Assistant MEP Manager may apply.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in complete MEP execution and project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, billing, material planning, and cost control.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of MEP standards, specifications, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Strong contractor, consultant, and vendor management skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently handle MEP activities and coordinate multiple services simultaneously.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have handled end-to-end MEP works for high-rise projects, from planning and BOQ through execution, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover, will be strongly preferred.

Candidates from both MEP Engineer and MEP Manager backgrounds are welcome to apply, provided they have robust hands-on high-rise project experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
