Valuebound is an established technology company with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions for clients across industries. We're growing our outbound presence and building deeper relationships in the pharma sector, and we're looking for a Marketing Intern who can help us get there — someone who can reach out, follow up, and help turn conversations into client relationships.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing internship. You'll be at the center of how Valuebound gets visible in the market: reaching out to potential clients over email and LinkedIn, helping build our outbound strategy, keeping our LinkedIn presence active and engaging, and supporting the events we run to connect with pharma industry professionals. You should already know the marketing basics — we'll sharpen your outreach and event skills on the job.

What You'll Do

- Email outreach: draft and send cold/warm outreach emails to potential clients, follow up on threads, and keep our outreach tracker updated.
- LinkedIn outreach: identify and connect with relevant prospects and decision-makers on LinkedIn, and personalize outreach messages that actually get replies.
- Client acquisition planning: help think through and build simple, practical plans for how we find and reach potential clients — target segments, messaging angles, channels to try.
- LinkedIn presence: help keep the company (and founders') LinkedIn "warm" — regular posts, comments, engagement, and content ideas that build visibility over time.
- Event marketing: support planning and execution of events aimed at pharma industry professionals — venue/logistics coordination, invite lists, promotion, and on-ground support.
- Speaker coordination: help identify,



reach out to, and coordinate with speakers for our events, and manage communication before and after.
- Reporting: track outreach responses, event turnout, and LinkedIn engagement, and share simple weekly updates on what's working.

What We're Looking For

- Some existing understanding of marketing basics — you don't need to be an expert, but you should know your way around outreach, content, and social media fundamentals.
- Strong written communication — you'll be writing emails and LinkedIn messages that represent the company, so clarity and tone matter.
- Comfortable picking up the phone, sending the first message, and following up without being told twice.
- Organized and consistent — outreach and events both depend on follow-through, not just a good first message.
- Presentable and comfortable talking to people, since you'll be involved in events and speaker coordination.
- Comfortable working from our office, 5 days a week.
- Available for a 3–6 month internship.

Nice to Have

- Any prior experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn growth, or event coordination — college fests, student clubs, or internships all count.
- Interest in or exposure to the pharma / healthcare industry.
- Basic familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools (Gmail/Outlook, mail-merge tools), Canva, or spreadsheets.
