Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is analytical, execution-driven, and eager to learn real-world ad scaling strategies.

If you are someone who wants to understand how businesses generate qualified leads and revenue through Meta & Google Ads — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Working On:

- Assist in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Assist in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Campaign setup (Campaign → Ad Set → Ad structure)
- Audience research & competitor analysis
- Writing basic ad copies (Headlines + Primary Text)
- Monitoring daily performance metrics:
- CPC
- CTR
- CPL
- ROAS
- Creating weekly performance reports
- Understanding funnel strategy (Cold → Warm → Hot audience)
- Basic landing page analysis for conversion improvement

Requirements

- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads / Google Ads
- Strong interest in performance marketing
- Good analytical thinking
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic copywriting skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-growth environment
- Available full time (no side distractions)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
