Job Brief:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resource Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and policy implementation. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and performance support
- Resolve employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
