Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage the complete admission cycle from initial counselling to enrollment.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle high-value and difficult leads and support closure of admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM.
- Coordinate with backend, academic, and university teams for smooth enrollment.




- Handle student/parent objections and resolve admission-related concerns.
- Maintain daily performance and conversion reports.
- Support junior counsellors with counselling techniques, objection handling, and lead conversion.
- Share market and student feedback with the reporting manager to improve the admission process.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
