Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure and admission process.
- Conduct campus visits and provide a positive parent experience.
- Manage admission leads, regular follow-ups and conversion of enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records, CRM/ERP and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Academic, Accounts and Administration teams for smooth admissions.
- Assist in Open Houses, admission drives and school promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/ERP.
- Pleasant, confident and qualified personality.
- Target-oriented and organised.
- Fluency in English and Telugu preferred; Hindi is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
