We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Manager to manage our inventory of event fabric and décor-related products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting physical stock checks, updating inventory on Odoo, and maintaining supporting Excel records.

Key Responsibilities

- Take and maintain accurate physical stock of all products in the warehouse.
- Maintain proper records of products such as cushion covers, rugs, table covers, chair covers, and other event fabric materials.
- Enter and regularly update stock data in Odoo.
- Maintain and update inventory records in Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure that physical stock matches the stock recorded in Odoo and Excel.
- Record stock inward and outward movements accurately.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged items, or discrepancies and report them to management.
- Organize products properly in the warehouse for easy identification and dispatch.




- Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Coordinate with the office/sales team regarding product availability and dispatch requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and efficiently managed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic to positive computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use or learn Odoo ERP/CRM for inventory management.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and organize a large variety of products.
- Responsible and reliable approach toward inventory handling.
- Previous warehouse or inventory-management experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
