We have opening for Sales Executive - Gold Loan in Dhana Capital and Finance Ltd

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in Gold Loan Sales and Gold appraisal for a leading gold loan organization. The candidate will be responsible for gold valuation, customer relationship management, loan processing, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate gold appraisal, valuation, and ornament checking
- Ensure proper stone deduction and avoid unacceptable ornaments
- Follow company policies, KYC norms, and operational procedures
- Verify customer KYC documents and complete online registration
- Coordinate with managers and stakeholders for loan approval processes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewal and referral business
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service during loan processing
- Generate recent customer leads through field activities and local market outreach




- Participate in business development activities to improve brand visibility in assigned catchment areas

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales in Gold, Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, and Handling
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory (LLR also applicable)

Required Skills:

- Gold loan processing knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy in valuation
- Sales and business development mindset

Pay: ₹25, 000 to 35,000/- per month (Negotiable for right candidates)
