About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Faculty – Graphic Design to train students in professional graphic design, visual communication, and branding. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of industry-standard design software and the ability to guide students through creative, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Conduct practical training in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Guide students in logo design, branding, social media creatives, print design, and marketing materials.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and live design projects.
- Evaluate student work and provide regular feedback and mentorship.
- Help students build professional portfolios and industry-ready design skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.




- Stay updated with current design trends and creative industry practices.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Good understanding of branding, visual identity, and print & digital design.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach both theoretical and practical design concepts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working with branding agencies, advertising, or digital marketing projects.
- Solid portfolio showcasing logo design, social media creatives, brochures, posters, and brand identity.
- Passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
