Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our luxury resort sales and front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests efficiently and professionally
- Handle the sales calls - enquiries for stay, day out packages, evening retreats, events etc.
- Handle the sales follow-up calls for the received enquiries.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Handle cash/card payments and prepare basic reports
- Resolve guest concerns politely and escalate when required
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and uphold luxury brand standards
- Follow resort policies, safety standards, and SOPs at all times
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth running of events

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Telesales experience (preferred)
- GRE experience in hospitality (preferred)
- Pleasant personality with skilled grooming standards
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software is a plus)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Calm, organized, and able to multitask under pressure

Education

Minimum: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred)

Experience

Atleast 3 years in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment
