Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with 20–25 years of experience in the Construction Industry, mainly for New Project Development, Site Coordination and Client Coordination.

The candidate should have strong experience in identifying and following up on new construction projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and follow up on new construction project opportunities.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, scope of work and project status.
- Attend client meetings and discuss project requirements and execution plans.
- Coordinate between Client, Consultant, Management and Site Team.
- Regularly visit project sites and monitor overall site activities.
- Follow up with site engineers and supervisors regarding project progress.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, measurements, variations and other project requirements.




- Coordinate with clients for smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Support management in project discussions, negotiations and commercial matters.
- Prepare regular updates regarding new projects and ongoing project status.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and consultants.
- Travel to project sites and client locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

- 20–25 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
- Strong experience in Recent Project Follow-up, Site Coordination and Client Coordination.
- Positive knowledge of construction project execution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple teams.
- Solid knowledge of construction activities, drawings, BOQ and project requirements.
- Should be capable of independently handling client meetings and site coordination.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
