Planning Engineer (Civil) in construction project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination. The candidate should have robust expertise in project scheduling tools, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or risks.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, procurement, billing, and management departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track manpower, machinery, and material requirements as per project schedules.
- Analyze project performance and suggest corrective actions for schedule recovery.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans.




- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Assist in resource allocation and productivity monitoring.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
- Support tender planning and project execution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contract schedules and client reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
- Familiarity with project costing and billing coordination.
- Knowledge of construction sequences and site execution activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
