Key Skills

- Identify & contact candidates
- Arranging the interviews
- Follow up and close the candidates for an open position

Preferred Skills

- Positive spoken and written English communication
- Ability to connect with people easily over the phone, online meetings
- Build candidates pipeline for various identified role
- Positions for onsite placement of the candidates on long term contract

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

- Graduate (Engg / Science / Commerce/ BBA) PG / MBA Marketing would be an advantage. Any reputed institute from a recognized university
- Preferred Industry (Competitive): Automotive, EV, heavy engineering, Process, Material handling, Electronics, Software
- Preferred Language : English, Hindi, Marathi / German / Italian / Spanish
- Age Limit: Below 30
- Experience : 1-2 Years
